Why is it useful?
The reflection of critical applications in the IT Health dashboard for Business application as critical is incorrect.
Eg: TRIPLE A SERVICES DE shows as Critical today, the reason it shows is not valid enough as it shows a disk space ticket for a server for /var/log.
The event that is showing up is not really critical but Marks the Business application as critical in the dashboard.
Who would it benefit?
Everyone using the Business Application.
How should it Work?
If infra alerts can customized per business application, that would be very useful.
With a correct reflection of criticality, proper action/ No-Action can be taken

Infra and business applications are critical Applications. Many alerts triggered are shown as critical even though on investigation that are not critical. |
