Whenever during business hours any service outage of Severity 1 & 2 triggers, an automatic SMS Mobile alert from the monitoring console application should be sent to the relevant team members to jump in & fix the outage.

***All Resolving Group's team members away from console shall quickly jump in to fix, thereby saving time to understand & resolve the outage.

***Resolving Group's team members away from console are called back by phone calls by other Team members with preliminary details to come on stations.

***None with IBM, no idea for anything existing outside.

***The outage alert triggered when outage happens is currently flashed on the consoles of the concerned resolving team members, IBM & Client Management. Same feed should be passed as an SMS notification to resolving team members & all stake holders.
